Non-Refundable
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all eBooks and digital products are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
- eBooks are delivered instantly via email or download link after payment
- Once the download link is sent, the sale is considered final
- Refunds or exchanges for digital products are not provided unless a technical issue prevents delivery, in which case we will resend the file
2. Physical Products
Replacement or Refund within 7 Days
For physical products such as AarogyaTalkies Natural Herbal Hair Oil, we offer a replacement or refund if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon arrival.
- Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Please share clear images or videos of the damaged/defective product and the packaging
- Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method
- Products that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund
3. Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible; however, you may still request a replacement or refund upon delivery under our 7-day policy.
